About the event
At Bridging Hearts LLC, we are thrilled to present a weekly themed yoga series dedicated to healing the nervous system. Every week, we will explore a particular element of nervous system healing, such as balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, trauma release, grounding, and fostering a sense of safety within the body.
