10am - Candle-lit Yoga with Yolanda Garcia-Corby. Candle-lit yoga offers a soothing flow, allowing for a slow paced full body stretch to soothing music, and aromatherapy to ground yourself. This class ends with a series of restorative postures to decompress the body, release muscle tension, and relax the mind.  Afterwards there will be a refreshment table for you to mingle and enjoy.  Tea Time Making- You will each get to create your own unique customized tea blend. We will learn about the benefits, and flavors that pair well with each other. We will also discuss how to use your tea blends for cocktails and mocktails. There are endless possibilities!  Sound Bath with Theodore Gibbons. Take refuge in the LOVING arms of SOUND as we embark on a magical experience filled with drums, gongs, singing bowls, zithers, bells, chimes, tubes, and much more!This meditation workshop offers a space for inner peace, and harmony through the artistic delivery of healing sounds, and tones. Participants are invited to lie down and relax as they are guided through an auditory journey designed to bring about a state of connection, restoration, and rejuvenation. Participants depart with a higher understanding of how to release tension in the mind, and body and recalibrate for a more balance existence. All that is required is to lay down and let go. :)  A form of music therapy, a sound bath, a sound healing is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.  A healthy, organic lunch will be prepared.
