Rest and Restore Spa Retreat

10am - Candle-lit Yoga with Yolanda Garcia-Corby. Candle-lit yoga offers a soothing flow, allowing for a slow paced full body stretch to soothing music, and aromatherapy to ground yourself. This class ends with a series of restorative postures to decompress the body, release muscle tension, and relax the mind.  Afterwards there will be a refreshment table for you to mingle and enjoy.  Tea Time Making- You will each get to create your own unique customized tea blend. We will learn about the benefits, and flavors that pair well with each other. We will also discuss how to use your tea blends for cocktails and mocktails.
