About the event
**This is an exclusive, invite-only event designed to ensure a personal and purposeful experience. The venue is a private home in Bergen County, NJ, and the address will be provided after RSVP confirmation.
I’m hosting a small, private gathering centered around rest, connection, and caring for the nervous system. It’s meant to be a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and be supported—together.
During our time, we’ll move through:
• Gentle, grounding yoga
• A mini sound healing experience
• Refreshing herbal iced teas and light nourishment
• A small, curated take-home gift
This will be a very intimate group, limited to just 10 guests, so it can feel spacious and personal for everyone there.
