Glow Yoga Event

Yolanda Garcia-Corby, Founder of Bridging Hearts LLC is now offering Glow Yoga. Glow Yoga  offers a unique experience to those wanting to start yoga and feel intimidated. Our Glow Yoga event will ensure you will have fun in a safe space free of judgment.  This event is unique in that it incorporates black light to enhance glow in the dark face painting, and other accessories you may be inclined to wear during our event. This class is designed to be about movement, joy and letting go. We incorporate mindful movement, dance breaks and freedom to do what feels right for your body.
